Justice Sadhna Jadhav opined that the suicide of the player was associate degree unfortunate incident and Suraj can't be control alone chargeable for her death. The court even questioned 'Can the notes recovered from Jiah's home is self-addressed to Suraj? Is it simply an extract from the diary of the deceased? will it's known as a suicide note? As there's no date on that, will it's joined to the day of suicide?'.
